Note – Read this: So Ive been been getting alot of comments lately saying that I look like, am trying to be, or am shitter than livelavalive. I saw this video was related to one of his for some reason, I watched his video, and a few of his others and our editing styles and videos are completely different. If you would stop fan boying him for one minute you would see that. Now I have nothing against him, dont get me wrong, but I think it is a little unfair to come and compare me to him. What kind of shakes do you drink during the intervention period of the protein power diet?
I can only find “supplement” protein shakes/powder. the only meal replacement shakes i find are shakes like slim fast, but those arent particularly high in protein… they are balanced meals replacements, meaning they have a considerable amount of carbs, fat, sugar, etc…. i need high protein shakes/powder, low in carbs, that works as a meal replacement. should i just get those protein powders from the GNC stores…? please help, im so confused.
