I can only find “supplement” protein shakes/powder. the only meal replacement shakes i find are shakes like slim fast, but those arent particularly high in protein… they are balanced meals replacements, meaning they have a considerable amount of carbs, fat, sugar, etc…. i need high protein shakes/powder, low in carbs, that works as a meal replacement. should i just get those protein powders from the GNC stores…? please help, im so confused.

when we drink we any one get out of control how can we remove his alchol power some say use lemon some say give some butter milk is there any stuff to remove the kick or hang over of allcahall

For the past few days i have been drinking a lot of nos power shots and red bull power shots now i have been up for 3 nights straight and no matter what i do i cant fall asleep…. does any one know how to get rid of these side effects or what to do at this point and yes i have already stopped drinking them and yes i know it was a stupid thing to do …

there is this power drink i love it so much i always drink it im in middle school now in my seconde year so anyway this drink gives me twiches but when i stoped drinking it for like a month or less the twiches stoped but now i stared agine when i have it i just want more and more and it has thes wornings that say i must be over 16 and im not even 15 so what do you think i should do? i cant till my parents and i know im makeing a big deal of it but still what do you think
and i do it for fun not 4 energy
